Condo in Pensacola Beach

Walk/bike everywhere! Condo is a few hundred feet from the bay and a beautiful fishing pier that sits on the water (3 min walk to the bay water) (3 min car ride to beach).Bikes provided can take you to: splash pad, basketball cour, tennis courts, hike trail, volleyball, boat ramp, grocery sotres and restaurants are walkable (Brkfst, Mexican, Waffle house, Chipotle & Broken egg all walkable). 8 min. bike ride to the beach. Onsite pool, small gym/sauna/club house. Beach accessories provided. The space Relaxing, spacious, modern, fresh, clean. Remodeled and updated this is a unit built in the 1960's. Closet doors are original and there are no outlets in the bathrooms. Guest access Entire condo and outdoor yard. With access to pool/small gym/small sauna/clubhouse. Also access to community center with basketball courts, baseball courts, indoor basketball courts, splash pad. Nearby secluded beach, beach volleyball, hiking trail, boat ramp, picnic area Other things to note 1. Use BBQ grill at your own risk and your own supplies/tank. We do not service or clean the grill. This is an additional bonus but not serviced by us. 2.Condo has access to a body of water but not Pensacola beach, this must be reached by walking 25 min, 10 min bike or 3 min car 3. There are no outlets in the bathroom, we provide extension cords, flat irons and hair dryers. To make up for this we provided bikes 4.
