Pleasant Point Rental, is a gorgeous waterfront stilt home located in the heart of Crystal River, Fl. comfortably sleeps 12 with 1 king, 3 queens, 2 fulls, and 2 twin beds. There are 3 beautiful indoor full bathrooms and one outdoor shower. A bedroom & bathroom with 2 queen beds is located downstairs. Outside the upstairs kitchen is a screened in patio with plenty of seating space. There is a strict NO PARTY/EVENT policy to protect the integrity of the home and respect to our neighborhood. The space Pleasant Point Rental comfortably sleeps 12 with 1 king, 3 queens, 2 fulls, and 2 twin beds. There are 3 beautiful indoor full bathrooms and one outdoor shower. A bedroom & bathroom with 2 queen beds is located downstairs for those who cannont climb stairs. Right outside the upstairs kitchen is a beautiful screened in patio with plenty of seating space. There is a strict NO PARTY/EVENT policy to protect the integrity of the home and respect to our neighborhood. The downstairs porch is very spacious and includes a large ice machine, a large gas grill, a charcoal grill, corn hole boards, more seating, patio swing and beautiful views of the water. We also provide 1 large paddle board, 1 two person kayak, 3 adult kayaks, splash pad for dock use ONLY, & life jackets. For your extra enjoyment & fun family memories we also provide many different popular board games and a PlayStation 3 with two controllers and non-violent games. Our community dock is located directly in front of the house where you can park only one boat not exceeding 28 ft in length with permission from the host. In busier months parking on the dock can be first come first serve, if you do not find a parking spot for your boat the Plantation on Crystal River has a boat launch only two blocks away. You can also fish & swim with the provided swim splash pad from the dock or just sit and be entertained by the local wildlife which includes a almost daily visit from our famous manatees, native birds, otters, and dolphins. If your group requires more then one boat there is a public boat ramp two streets away at The Plantation on Crystal River & plenty of space to park your boat trailer on our property. Guest access The entire space will be rented out to guest. Other things to note We provide a charcoal & gas grill to all guests located under the back deck stairwell. WHAT TO BRING: We provide everything you need on the property and inside the house except items that are used up, consumed or are taken off the property that are easily lost and hard for us to keep track of. Please bring a cooler to store your fish and bait. 🧊 We provide all guests with a commercial grade ice maker in the downstairs patio area. DEPARTURE: Please make sure the following things are completed before departing the home. -Close and lock all windows and exterior doors. Lock ice machine. -Turn off all interior and exterior fans. -Take out trash to the end of the driveway (trash day is early Tuesday mornings). -Please load and run the dishwasher. -Strip the dirty bed linens and leave them in a pile on the bed -Dirty towels should be left on top of the bed linens -we do not expect you to but, If you are able to wash and dry towels and/or bed linens, please leave them on the sofa. We will fold and put away. -If you utilize the washing machine at all, please leave the door open on it so it can dry out properly and not mildew. -When you leave please leave the AC set at 78F on the cool setting. IMPORTANT ITEMS TO CONSIDER: NO PARTIES are permitted at the house at anytime (no exceptions). Several of our neighbors live there full-time. Please do not make a lot of noise late at night. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside our home or screened in patio. Do not store bait/fish (or anything that will cause an odor) in freezer or refrigerator.
