The space The Hex was built in 1969, and is a prime example of classic Breckenridge housing when the resort was established. The home is approximately 1200 square feet, and is perfect for two small families or a group of close friends. Upstairs you will find a circular room with the kitchen, countertop dining area, kitchen table and chairs, coffee bar, living room, smart TV, LG sound system, fireplace, and half-bath. Downstairs features three cozy bedrooms, each with its own asymmetrical shape and smart television. Downstairs also houses a unique, but practical full bath and laundry room combination. The downstairs toilet features a Toto bidet with a heated seat. After a long day on the slopes, relax and enjoy yourself at T-Bar, or on Main street, or in the brand new 8-person hot tub. Other things to note If you prefer convenience, this is the property for you. Saw Mill Run Road is one of Breckenridge's most convenient and exclusive ski-in/ski-out streets. Skip the crowd, walk right out your back door to the Rocky Mountain Superchair, Colorado Superchair and 5 Chair at the base of Peak 8. Take advantage of Ski Hill Grill, T-Bar and The Living Room for après-ski conveniently located just a few hundred yards away. Breckenridge's Historic Downtown is a mere 5 minute drive down Ski Hill Road. The Hex is located at the base of Peak 8, and as such, receives heavy snowfall. Although plowed regularly, the driveway may be difficult to utilize for 2 wheel drive vehicles. 4WD/AWD VEHICLES STRONGLY RECOMMENDED IN WINTER MONTHS! Parking Limit: 5 cars Occupancy Limit: 8 guests Trash collection: This home is surrounded by wildlife, and as such, requires bear-proof trash containers. Please ensure that the garbage container's lid is always securely closed. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OR GARBAGE OUTSIDE OF THE TRASH CONTAINER.
