The main floor features a large living area with a gas-powered wood stove, where you can take in all the lake views! Also on the main level is a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, and a dining area. Step outside onto the large deck overlooking Sweetbriar Island. Here, you will find an outdoor dining area and a grill perfect for outdoor cooking. You will find two queen beds and a full bath with a double vanity on the upper level. All with a view! While the lake level of this home offers a separate but attached suite. This area features a king bed, full bath, and kitchenette. This floor also features a separate living space with a queen pull-out couch. Just outside the lake-level suite is a patio with additional outdoor furniture. This home also features a deck with a pergola and fire pit. Roast some smores and relax around the firepit with family and friends. This home is pet-friendly. For a small fee, you can bring your four-legged friend. It allows up to 2 dogs. You'll need to submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card for dogs only. Dock space is available if you rent a boat from Chic’s Marina. There are also jet skis and a ski school/full-service marina, all within walking distance. Please Contact Chic’s Marina to check availability. Public beaches are very close in both directions, and the town of Bolton is only about a mile from shops, restaurants, and events.
