Basement apartment. Completely separate from main home. Walk out entrance. Amazing view of Tooele Valley. Perfect for business trip or visiting family. 40 minutes from Salt Lake City and the airport . 1 hr from Park City. It is outside of the city, and in a quiet neighborhood. Note : this basement apartment is located underneath a upstairs family home . There is a tendency to hear footsteps and dog paws or doors opening . You WILL hear people living upstairs . We try to do our best to keep it down , but just thought I’d mention this . And unfortunately at the moment , we do not authorize pets to stay here . For energy purposes, we like to keep the Cooling set at 72-74 and Heating 68-72.
