Our location offers amenities for young professionals traveling for work , fun couples weekend , or a perfect getaway for family time. Avondale/Riverside is notable for fabulous dining , antique shopping , parks, fun bars and trendy boutiques . Our culinary scene is on the national map. This location is walking distance and only a few blocks from the best shops and restaurants of Avondale. The building is set up as a duplex with free open side street parking. The home is on the bottom floor. The space Two full bedrooms and sleeps 7 guests comfortably. Master bedroom - Queen Bed Second bedroom- 2 Single beds Living Room - Pull out sofa bed Common Space - Single bed 1 bathroom with tub and shower Full kitchen Washer and Dryer included in laundry room Other things to note House Rules No Pets No smoking inside the home $200 fine applied if applicable. No events or parties Quiet time after 10pm for respect of the neighbors. If early check in or late check out needed that MUST be approved and discussed first . Each hour needed is an additional $50 fee and max is 2 hours which is $100 total if approved. Exceptions are based on cleaning crew eligiblity. We have 10 units and they are on a tight cleaning schedule so changes must be made in advance.
