The space Black Pine Cottage is a charming 1,100 sq ft retreat nestled in the Linville Land Harbor community. While conveniently located near neighbors, the cottage feels private and secluded thanks to mature trees and blooming rhododendrons that surround the property. Step out onto the spacious back deck to enjoy peaceful mornings or quiet evenings overlooking the fenced-in yard below for the for legged companions. Inside, the home is thoughtfully equipped for both short getaways and longer stays. You’ll find a comfortable living space, a well-supplied kitchen for easy meals, and a full bathroom with a shower. Convenient parking makes arrival and departure simple, and the large deck provides the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the mountains. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape or an extended retreat or even work related accommodations, Black Pine Cottage offers comfort, privacy, and a welcoming mountain atmosphere. Guest access You will have the whole property to yourself. Please note, the driveway is shared with the neighbors. There is room for a maximum of 2 cars. One can be parked along the wood timbers on the right side of the driveway (one car in front of the other). Please do not park side by side. There is an additional dedicated parking spot directly in front of the house. Other things to note Your rental includes access to community amenities, including the pool (Summer only). Golf and tennis passes maybe purchased for an additional fee.
