. The space LOCATION*LOCATION*LOCATION The Shore House is extremely desirable offering oceanfront views and the utmost privacy backing up to our beloved Fort Clinch National State Park. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family home is perfectly located on the north end of Amelia Island across the street from the beach with private beach access, a private driveway, an expansive backyard and two balconies. Upon entering the property guests are greeted by unobstructed ocean views through the two sliding glass doors that frame the dining and main living area. The natural sunlight flows effortlessly through the kitchen and into the rest of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including toaster, blender, coffee maker (drip and pod), ice maker, gas stove and more. The main living area is equipped with a sofa and two chairs in addition to a flat-screen TV (with online streaming options) and quick access to the large balcony. The master bedroom has ocean views from the sliding glass doors to enjoy during the day and blackout curtains to allow a good night's rest. The room is also equipped a with King bed, flat screen TV, closet and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom could serve as a second master with a Queen bed, scenic views and a private entrance to the back balcony. Here you can enjoy the beauty of our National State Park and the frequent visits of deer. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and closet. Just down the hall is the second bathroom also has a shower/tub combo and a full-size washer/dryer. Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)
