The community is very quiet and the residents are very friendly. The bungalow is very eco-friendly and is a semi-smart home. The space The villa is a 2 bedroom relaxation chill spot. >It is equipped with modern furnishings and smart light and fan switches. >It has 3 beds and is perfect for families. There is a king sized bed that can be separated into 2 beds that fit 4 comfortably and also a queen sized bed. >It has a full kitchen, even a rice cooker and Keurig is available. >No need to bring shampoo, body gel, towels or even a make up remover, it’s all included. >The bathroom has a back lit mirror and a wall mounted hair dryer. >There are 3 smart tv's for your viewing pleasure and Netflix and cable are included. >The bungalow has furniture on the porch, so that you can bask in the beauty of the hills in the distance. >There is a washing machine available. Guest access All areas of the bungalow is accessible to our guests. There are storage areas that we keep supplies, such as a closet or cupboard that is not accessible. Other things to note If peace and quiet and rest and relaxation from the world you want to leave behind is what you need, give us a try. >We have 5 cameras on the outside of the property. One at the front doorbell camera facing the street, one floodlight camera that faces the driveway, one that faces the backyard, and 2 on either side of the house facing the front of the house. >All these cameras are all to record video and audio. >There is an Alexa in the living room for your listening pleasure. A feature of Alexa is that it may record your voice when you speak or give commands. Please unplug the device if you are not comfortable with it.
