Nestled away from the all the hustle and bustle yet conveniently close to everything. Located on our property. A rustic themed guesthouse located above our detached garage overlooking the shared pool, patio and outdoor kitchen/ bbq area. There are stairs to climb leading up to your space. Pet friendly - SMALL dogs only under 40lbs. and a limit of 2. We DO NOT book to locals who only book to use our pool! Our pool is not a vacation spot! We use our pool daily. NO PARTIES ALLOWED OF ANY KIND. The space This is a 2nd floor guesthouse so there are stairs to climb! It sits right next to our home and the backyard pool area is shared amongst other guests and ourselves. We do not mind sharing our pool with travelers that are paying guests. However, we are not in business for locals to come hang out and invite people over. This is our home and not a theme parkand reserve the right to ask anyone not on reservation to leave. We have cameras outside and around back monitoring pool area and outdoor kitchen. We ask that you respect all rules and property. Summit View Sleeps 6. Queen bed in bedroom with door. (Sleeps 2) Queen sleeper sofa in living area. (Sleeps 2) Twin trundle daybed sofa. (Sleeps 2) Guest access Guesthouse, pool, back patio area. We ONLY ALLOW registered paying guests to use the pool. We DO NOT allow guests to invite others over to use our pool. Other things to note Additional guest fees $20 per guest over 2 are for adults 18 and over.
