This home is located south of 30A on a partially gated, dead-end street, away from passing cars and within earshot of the Gulf of Mexico. It is an easy stroll down to the white sand beach with availability for beach usage for Ambience guests, and a short bike ride from excellent shopping and dining in the heart of Seaside. Sit down for a delicious meal at the Old Florida Fish House or Cafe Thirty-A (less than a mile in either direction), or take a day to bike to the neighboring communities of Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. THINGS TO KNOW *Golf carts are not permitted at the home. One of the community pools is heated. Private Beach Access 300 Steps Away No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
