Welcome to our beautiful Mediterranean style villa! This gorgeous and well maintained vacation home with an open floor plan is ready for you. There is lots of room for everyone! Free Wifi and local and national calls to the USA and Canada . The space The living room is huge and not to mention the very large kitchen with an island. The elegant and grand staircase welcomes you into this 4 bedroom & 3 bathroom Villa. We have a master bedroom with a beautiful en-suite bathroom and a king size bed, 2nd bedroom also a king size bed, 3rd bedroom two twin size beds & 4th bedroom has a full size bed. Fully equipped kitchen, downstairs bathroom has access from pool area. The Laundry Room has a large top loading washing and separate drying machine, Iron board and Iron, and this leads onto the Game Room. Game room has a pool table, air hockey & basketball game just to keep all entertained. At the back is a full length covered lanai, large pool, spa, a private screened paver deck, and no back neighbors. This home is ready for you! Security code entry door. No key drop off and pick up. High Grove is a gated community & also has an awesome clubhouse with arcade games, gym, billiard, pool and miniature golf. Ideally located just a few miles from Disney World, restaurants & shops on US27 at the western end of US 192. Come and make magical memories in our villa! Please note: This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. No Smoking in the house. No Parties No Pets Allowed * Pool heat can be added to your booking. There is a fee for this. It may take 24 hrs+ for the pool to heat up or cool down. Please note that pool pumps have a safety mechanism to prevent overheating during cold weather conditions, when working. This leads to a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality in a safe and efficient manner. Please note the pool heater works via HEAT EXCHANGE system and might not function properly with weather nearing freezing temperatures. * Extras such as BBQ hire, welcome packs etc can be added for an additional fee.
