The space This home is ideal for 4 people. The suite is newly renovated and each of the 2 large bedrooms have a king-sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, blender, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, ice machine, brand new oven and full-sized fridge. The open concept living room, dining space comfortably sits 4 people and has a large flat screen fiber Optik TV with sound bar, Netflix, Prime video, and Wi-Fi throughout the suite. There is an electric fireplace, heat pump and air conditioning. There is a washer and dryer in the suite for your convenience. The spa like bathroom has a large soaker tub and a stand-alone shower. The 500 square foot deck faces the beautiful view with 4 lounge chairs and amazing, large sectional. You can watch the fireworks display from the deck on BC day, Canada Day and 4th of July. There is another large private outdoor patio at the front of the house equipped with 4 Adirondack chairs a fire pit and a brand new 6 person Hot Tub with amazing lighting. Owners with two small children live on site so please no parties or loud noise after 10 PM. Smoking permitted on the front patio only. Guest access Guests have a private entrance to the suite, access to the front stone patio and large back deck facing the view.
