Our Beaches and Birdies Villa has everything that you need to enjoy your stay in the Brunswick Plantation premier golf community! Beautiful views of the 1st tee on the Dogwood course. Make this your comfortable home away from home with fresh furnishings and linens. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. Stream all your favorite shows on the smart TVs. Main bedroom has 2 full size beds and the couch has a queen pullout. Inground pool/hot tub/workout room are included (not open 11/1-4/1). The space THE ADDRESS IS 1215 N Middleton Dr NW, #3002, Calabash, NC 28467 POLICE, FIRE, DIAL 911 Closest Hospital is McLeod Health Seacoast Hospital (18 min/11 miles) 4000 Highway 9 E, Little River, SC 29566, 1. NO SMOKING – Cleaning crew will charge extra fees and will be passed onto tenant. 2. NO PETS ALLOWED 3. KITCHEN: No one likes ants/critters so please tidy up and wipe the counters regularly. Take all food items with you when you leave or throw away. 4. GARBAGE: Please take all trash out before leaving, dumpster is in parking lot. 5. HEATING & AIR: Please don’t run the heat or air with the doors open. Please don’t set the air conditioner any lower than 70 degrees- it will freeze up the unit. 6. PARKING: 2 vehicles max are allowed outside of the unit. Trailers, boat trailers, campers, RVS and campers can NOT be parked in the Commons II parking lot. 7. NOISE: Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times but Quiet time ordinance is from 10pm - 7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and surroundings; be conscious of loud music and noise. Parties with guests not staying at the home are not allowed. 8. TOWELS: Please DO NOT take household towels to the beach. 9. Please treat our home as you would your own – there is a broom and other cleaning supplies. We clean after your departure but please tidy up as necessary. 10. Commons II pool and gym (across the street) are available for your use. FOB is to be left hanging near the front door. If lost/stolen a $50 fee will be charged to tenant. Guest access Check In Instructions: Check in is 4:00 pm The condo is equipped with a YALE Smart Lock. Your access code is the last four digits of your reservation phone number and will only be good during your time with us. Please see instructions below: 1. Touch the Yale Logo on the Smart Screen to wake the device 2. Enter Access Code 3. Touch the check mark and you will hear the lock open 4. When leaving, please close the door, then touch the Yale Logo and you should hear the lock engage. Upon entry, look around to make sure everything is in order. Please contact the host with any questions or concerns. Other things to note Arrival Check in at 4 PM- There is a code to enter on the smart lock on the front door. The code should have been sent to you prior to your arrival. The door locks every time its closed so make sure every guest knows the code. The back doors are sliding glass doors you lock from the inside. There is no key. Please use the front door to come and go. Every TV in the house is smart and internet connected so you can stream your favorite App. Please remember to log out of your Apps before you leave. CHECK OUT TIME AT 11 AM. Please make sure all doors are locked. We ask that you please leave the house the way you found it. Remove all food from cabinets and refrigerator. Take the food with you or throw it away when you depart. TOWELS/LINENS: Please leave all used towels in a pile in the laundry room. Make sure all lights, TV’s and other electronics are turned off. Please close all curtains and blinds before leaving. TRASH: To be emptied in the parking lot dumpster. DISHES: Please load dishwasher and run before leaving.
