Watch the squirrels as they run and play amongst the trees. Complete peace and quiet! No traffic! No noise but the crickets and the frogs! There is a large covered patio area with a barbecue and dining set for grilling and relaxing with friends and family. Also, a fire pit & several shady picnic areas for eating and relaxing. There is a store in town (Reeds Market) with everything you could possibly need, from hardware to hot dogs! They have it all, including a dine-in deli serving hot meals. Take time to kick back and relax after a day of hiking in majestic Lassen Park. Go to nearby Lake McCumber and fish! Go to Burney and see the breathtaking Burney falls!
