Our home features two screened in decks, 6 adult bikes and a 6-seater golf cart with fabulous amenities including two pools, kiddie pool, playground, bike/walking trails, basketball, pickleball and sand volleyball courts. Beach access is short bike ride (7 minutes) via Lily Lane beach trail or take the golf cart for easier transport of all your beach gear! There is a little something for everyone to enjoy - two community pools (one seasonally heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, firepits, grills, playground, volleyball, basketball and pickleball courts, and even bike/walking trails! Enjoy biking distance to WaterColor Crossing to partake of its dining and shopping options (including Publix). Serenity at Seagrove has plenty of space for the whole family with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms plus a loft area with a sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy quiet time on not one, but two different outdoor screened porches after enjoying a nice meal from the fully stocked kitchen. Our beach home also includes a 6 seater golf cart, 4 adult bikes, beach towels, 6 beach chairs and beach umbrella for guest use.
