This is a great, downstairs studio apartment in the Mar Vista area of LA’s westside - just a few miles from Venice Beach and also close to Santa Monica! This studio is an excellent value and economical choice for travelers looking for a private, simple, clean, furnished place to stay in L.A. Donut theme! The living/ sleeping area is one large room. Huge walk in closet, No Kitchen The whole unit is yours and anything in the unit may be used. *Queen size bed *Microwave * Fridge * Iron and Iron board * Linens/towels included * There is high speed Wifi * Plenty of free Street Parking * Brand new 12,000 watt portable AC * Cable TV, basic Los Angeles Channels * couch added recently *shampoo, conditioner, body wash, male and female body wash etc. Note * you may hear the neighbors talking as walls are thin however all neighbors are respectful of each other and noise level should be low by 10:30pm. Please don't ask for a discount. The price is the price, we are way better than a motel and hotel and we are in the best area ofLos Angeles. This building is quite thru out the complex, no loud noise or talking, 420 friendly building, (Now legal in CA) I am firm about NO early check in’s or check outs or dropping off of luggage early. This is your own personal housing unit. I do live onsite in a different unit and work a full time job You are on your own. Other things to note This is an older building, but the unit is up-to-date, clean and will meet basic needs. It is priced accordingly, so please do not ask for a discount - there is no negotiation on the price. Quiet, mellow 420-friendly guests are welcomed, but cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the unit (in front of building only).
