Unwind, Colorado-style in this newly-built house in oldtown district. Every room is beautifully curated with all the emphasis on luxurious comfort. A very well stocked kitchen, plush linens, black-out curtains, Smart TV’s, and more. Well-behaved dogs are welcome: Fully fenced yard and 2 dog crates (wire kennel type)are available. We ask that pets not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. The bunkbed room is set up with a few toys & books. There is a pack'n' play & highchair as well. The space The main floor is the kitchen, dining and living room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. 1 with a King bed and 1 with a Queen bed. Both have 50" TV's and private bathrooms. There is also a small office nook upstairs and a full laundry room. Downstairs is a room furnished with a King bed and full bathroom. Adjoining this room is a children’s room with a bunkbed. We have a pack’n’play, bassinet & highchair available. Please let me know if you need any of these items as they are stored in the locked storage room. Guest access There is 1 designated parking space behind the townhouse and public parking space on the street in front of the townhouse. Other things to note We have several bikes to lend out, please let us know if interested so we can double check the tires. There are also supplies for flat tires etc if you are handy and have issues while using the bikes. The home is located only 4 blocks from the trendy and artsy downtown district of Loveland. Enjoy the freedom of exploring downtown, within easy walking/biking distance! The house is also located just steps away from our city's bike path - this gives easy quick access to really get a lay of the land on foot or on bikes. Across the bike path creek is Sunnyside Park that includes a tennis & pickleball court and large grass knoll.
