Located on the 3rd and last floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you! - A 25 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine and Nespresso... - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside : - A south-facing terrace with sofa, table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron... Full access to the property and its facilities. The flat is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : The island of beauty is full of natural and cultural activities, during your stay in Lumio you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the sunshine of the city to go to its various beaches to enjoy a quiet time or to try your hand at the many water activities: paddle, jetski, boat rides... If you are eager to discover the area, you can explore its wonders; the ruins of Occi or the Agriates Desert are available to you! For the more adventurous, quad bikes, 4x4 rides and hikes will seduce you. - Event: Calvi on the Rock every year in July If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private car park of the flat with a numbered space. As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Calvi train station at 2 km (5 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Calvi airport 5 km (8 minutes by car) - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Count about 30€ per room (double bed linen) and 5€/person for towels (1 large + 1 small). - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
