For your stay in the city of Valence, considered the "door to the South": in a quiet area, 15/20 minutes walk from the city center, small comfortable studio, without neighbors, air-conditioned, with terrace and parking in a large private courtyard closed off from view. Close to amenities: supermarket, shops, pizzeria, restaurants, cinema, media library, swimming pool, sports... Bus stop at the foot with direct lines to the city center, Valence train station and TGV station. The space This fully equipped accommodation is bright and enjoyable for a short stay for a weekend, a business trip during the week or a longer stay. The large queen size bed (width 160) is located on a mezzanine accessible by a miller's ladder (⚠ beware of the low ceiling!). The second bed is a sofa bed with a real mattress that unfolds completely, in standard size 2 places (width 140). Accommodation capacity: 2/3 adults or 4 people (family with children). Designed for workers, a space is dedicated with a desk and WiFi (fiber) connection, ideal for teleworking. The accommodation is air-conditioned, which is appreciated in times of high heat. Guest access The studio and its terrace are southeast facing, overlooking a flowery courtyard and surrounded by greenery, without overlooking. Separate entrance to the accommodation, parking closed by a digicode gate. Possibility of self check-in in the studio (late hours). Parking space in the shade of a fig tree. Other things to note You are not charged a cleaning fee. To make this possible, guests agree to leave the premises cleaned, tidy and clean (dishes washed and tidy, bathroom/toilet/floor clean, bed sheets and towels left at the entrance, garbage cans sorted and deposited in the containers). Cleaning equipment is provided. Sensitive to respect for the environment, we try to adopt eco-responsible actions: ecological cleaning and hygiene products, limiting energy consumption (turning off air conditioning/heating when you leave the accommodation), LED bulbs, selective waste sorting, a vegetable composter is available (under the fig tree).
