In Burgundy, between Beaune and Chalon, our spacious house with unobstructed views of nature, not overlooked, offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. Beautiful longère decorated with care, remaining cool in the summer, with different outdoor spaces for all times of the day! The magnificent wooded garden will welcome your desires for idleness! Close to tourist and cultural sites, Saône Valley, bike paths, golf, water park 15 minutes away... A real haven of peace! The space The accommodation is spacious and bright, with magnificent views and not overlooked. The old stone house in Burgundy stays cool all summer and in winter a good wood fire crackles. The kitchen is very well equipped to accommodate your cooking needs. The living room with beautiful stones and exposed beams is vast and open to the outside. The decor mixes antique and contemporary pieces. In the TV vestibule, library and board games are available. The four bedrooms, 3 with a double bed (160cm) and one with two single beds (90cm) and a crib/toddler, have a neat decoration. New bedding and linens are quality. Two bedrooms have direct access to the outside facing the garden and a very large bathroom/toilet accessible facing the bedrooms. A third bedroom has its own bathroom and the upstairs bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. The house has a fully-equipped laundry room and 3 bathrooms/WCs in total. This is not a vacation rental but our family home, so you will find all the comforts you need for your stay as well as a little extra soul! Check-in is in our presence but we also have a check-in by lockbox. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. We are attentive to your needs and flexible for your arrivals and departures. Guest access Guests will be able to freely enjoy the entire house at their convenience. Three furnished spaces are available for meals, around the house. Two garden lounges are set up to enjoy the different times of the day. A patio can be used if it is raining. Free parking is available on the property. Other things to note All amenities are close by: boulangerie, supermarket, tobacconist, pharmacy, doctor's office, petrol... 4 kms away. On Saturday mornings, the Beaune market is a must-see, as well as that of Chalon sur Saône; full of charm on Sunday mornings. The Notre Dame winery (cooperative of different producers) in Sainte Marie la Blanche offers wines from the region very affordable and the dairy next door will provide you with delicious dairy and cheese products.
