Next to a farm, we are 8 km from the beaches, in the Auray region and Quiberon Bay, close to the Gulf of Morbihan and the Ria d'Etel, and the Saint Laurent and Baden golf courses. From the megaliths of Carnac to hiking, water sports and golf, or just lazing on the beaches, you'll be spoilt for choice! A second gîte can also be booked: Gîtes d'Izel n°2. The space A barn divided into two independent, soundproofed gîtes, attached to our property. Each gîte has its own terrace and garden, close to a working farm. Everything has been renovated, combining modernity, comfort and tradition. The gîte comprises a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living-dining room with a sofa, a full kitchen and a shower room. Bed linen and towels provided. Electric vehicle recharging (slow 10 Ampéres), available only during the day, €10 per day: contact us for conditions. There is an enclosed henhouse on our property. Guest access The gîte is completely independent from the main house where we live. A set of keys to the gîte is given on arrival, allowing guests to enter and leave as they please. Other things to note -Morning meal baskets (continental breakfasts) and lunch and evening meal baskets (cheese, charcuterie or oysters depending on availability) must be ordered and paid for at least 24 hours in advance. -There is a septic tank: do not throw anything in the toilet. -Our neighbours are farmers, so there are cows, dogs, hens and tractors which could make noise during your stay. All the charm of the countryside. -Capacity: two people per gîte. Noisy parties and guests are not permitted. -Only cars are allowed in the secure car park. Large vehicles such as vans, pick-up trucks and vans will not be admitted. The gîtes are on our property, we live on site and each is independent. There is no shelter for bicycles: please leave them in the car park where they will be safe and do not bring them into the cottage. Our gîtes have the ‘green key global’ label.
