"La Villa – gîte en Provence" private gîte for 6 people with an area of 110 m2 with cozy decoration, will seduce you! Featuring a fenced plot of 2500 m² with trees, without neighbors, with its pleasant swimming pool, overlooking pine forest and hill. Everything is designed to spend a holiday in a caring and welcoming setting. Looking forward to welcoming you. The space The Villa has three air-conditioned, comfortable, contemporary and refined bedrooms. On the ground floor, a first bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed, an en-suite bathroom and a modern dressing room. The pretty covered and private terrace of this room will seduce you. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms. The latter are also equipped with 160 x 200 cm bedding. Each has its own dressing room, and a covered terrace with a view of the pine forest and hill. Adjacent to the bedrooms, an equipped and modern shower room and toilet. Linens are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival, 2 towels per person (1 large and 1 small) and 3 kitchen towels are also provided free of charge. The Villa has a large friendly living room, a fully equipped and functional kitchen and an adjoining dining room, although most of your meals will certainly be on our covered terrace, a modern and functional barbecue is at your disposal. Enjoy the scenery and savor! Nothing like lounging during your vacation! Whether by our private swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) open from May 1 to the end of September, secured with alarm and equipped with its pool house, or in an armchair in the shade of a pine tree with a book in hand. Taste the joy of staying in Vaucluse, in the sun! Provence is also pétanque! In the shade, try to hit a few balls on our 15 x 4 m pitch, or try ping-pong? One word of order: relaxation! The Villa is the starting point for many hiking and mountain biking trails. Getaways in Provence: Mondragon is a village backed by the hill, crossed by a secondary railway line with random passages. Located between Bollène and Orange, its proximity to the highway is a real asset to discover all the riches of Provence (can sometimes be heard depending on the direction of the wind).
