Description
Completely renovated minority house, built on a cliff overlooking Cala-En-Porter beach. Beautiful sea and bay views, beach access in less than 10 minutes' walk, private pool with sunbeds and furnished terrace with large guest table in a Mediterranean patio decor. Fully air-conditioned house, Sofitel Mybed luxury bedding, bi-weekly maintenance and cleaning included in the price, very high speed wifi. The space The Villa is located south of Menorca, where the most beautiful beaches on the island are located. It overlooks the sublime beach of Cala-En-Porter (recognized as a blue flag) and its turquoise water, accessible directly on foot in a few minutes from a staircase that descends the cliff 400 meters from the house. 15 minutes from the airport, its central and strategic location will allow you to get around the island easily. On foot, you will have access to many small shops and restaurants nearby, or to bike or paddle board rentals. Always on foot and close by, you can also go to the Cova d 'en Xoroi, the famous minorquin bar dug in the cliff. Runners and hikers will also look forward to direct access to the Cami de Cavalls, the famous dirt path with beautiful scenery along the most beautiful beaches on the island. The villa has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with Sofitel MyBed bedding, reputed to be the best in the world in luxury hotels, independent air conditioning and blackout curtains: - 1 master bedroom with an extra king size bed (200x200), a wardrobe, a desk, as well as a balcony with sunset views off the Mediterranean. - 2 small double bedrooms each with a king size bed (180 x 200) and a wardrobe. - 1 twin bedroom, with 2 large single beds (100 x 200), a desk and a walk-in closet. The villa also has a beautiful terrace furnished with sofas overlooking the bay, two bathrooms, a new fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room completed with a large guest table on the outdoor terrace. Wide bath linens and pool will be available during the stay, as well as all bath essentials: hair dryer/ amenities/Shampoo /Body Gel/Body Moisturizing Cream/ Soap from the Rituals brand. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine (with about fifty capsules provided per week). Dammann Frères tea is provided for tea lovers. On request only and at no extra cost, we provide one or two high chairs as well as one or two 120x60 umbrella cots, to which we add a foam mattress for extra comfort, as well as sheets, baby pillow and light duvet. Please send me your request by message when booking. Unlike the rest of the amenities, it is not present by default. The crib can only be installed in the master bedroom or in the twin bedroom. Also on request and at no extra cost, we provide you with an extra individual bed that will be installed in the twin room, which can be suitable for a child or teenager only, bringing the sleeping capacity of the room to three people (the capacity of the house remains, however, 8 people maximum). The house also comes equipped with an electric vehicle charging station. Guest access You will have the entire house, garden and pool for your private use. When you arrive, Roger will give you the keys and show you around the house. He is Menorcan-British, speaking perfect English and Spanish. The cleaning will be done by Aurora and her team every 4 days and includes the replacement of the towels. Bed linen is changed once a week for rentals longer than a week. Cleaning does not include dish cleaning. Martin, in charge of pool maintenance, will come by 1-2 times a week (usually very early in the morning so as not to disturb you) so you can fully enjoy the pool during your stay. Darwin, our gardener, will also come by once a week to clean the garden while you're away. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. You can park a first vehicle in front of the entrance to the house, being careful not to block the neighbors' gate. Your second vehicle will have to be parked (free of charge) in the parking spaces at the end of the cul-de-sac, 50 m from the house. In accordance with Spanish law, I am required to declare your stay on the island to the Guardia Civil. I will ask you to kindly send me a copy of each guest's ID (Passport, ID Card or Driver's License) no later than 24 hours before your arrival.
