The space a) It is strictly forbidden to organize parties, paid events with an entrance fee or any other type of large gathering in the seasonal rental. b) Any small group gathering must be in compliance with the other rules stipulated in these regulations, in particular with regard to noise, the neighborhood and the number of authorized visitors. c) No illegal activity will be tolerated (drug use, violent behavior, etc.) d) Commercial filming and other professional uses are strictly prohibited on the property. Other things to note Safety a) Whenever guests leave the accommodation, they are required to ensure that all windows and doors are closed and locked in order to preserve the safety of the accommodation and prevent potential damage caused by rain. b) We thank guests for turning off lights, air conditioning, fans and electronics when not in use, in order to help conserve energy. We also ask that you do not leave the air conditioning on when leaving the accommodation. c) Do not move furniture and decorative items. d) Do not use household appliances in an abusive manner (air conditioning, heating, oven, etc.). e) Turn off lights, heating and air conditioning during your absences. Breakage and damage a) Any broken objects and any damage caused must be reported to the owner as soon as possible.
