Spend all day in the pool (Mar - Sept) & night in the hot tub; all while overlooking the famous South River Rapids. Originally built in 1939. Historic charm while boasting luxurious additions & modern amenities! Eclectic, happy & charming. 6 + BR and over 3300 square ft for the whole family to enjoy. 12+ person dining table, 4 island chairs, & 8+ outdoor dining. The space Out home is eclectic, happy, colorful & extremely “homey”. It’s the perfect spot for families, girls trips, wedding parties & couples! The main level of our home has a quaint living room with a wood burning fireplace, a beautiful kitchen (stocked with everything you’ll need), a HUGE dining room (perfect for hosting large dinner parties), a playroom (filled with age appropriate toys/books for babies & toddlers), a “coffee” room (which houses a comfortable dog crate for your pupper), as well as two bedrooms (the master & the “nursery”). Upstairs you can find two more bedrooms. One that is feminine & airy & another that also acts as an office (desk, chair, computer monitors & working printer). The basement offers a cozy living room (perfect for movie nights), a queen bedroom, an awesome bunk room (that kids go crazy over) as well as the laundry room that you are free to use. While the inside of our home is lovely, the outside may actually have it beat! A pool, a hot tub, a patio with ample seating, a fire pit - all overlooking the gorgeous South River & lit up with romantic bistro lights! We are a young family with two boys & our goal is really to share our home with other families that will enjoy (& respect) it as much as we do. We have a crib, a pack & play, a high chair, tons of baby cutlery, bottles, snack cups, bibs, bath toys/books etc! You may find even more toys in the closet next to the “nursery”. Everything at the house is there to make your stay easy, convenient & enjoyable for you & your babies! Guest access you have full access to the property except for the attic, smaller garage, & a few owners closets. There is no access to the river directly from the house. The area behind the fence in the backyard is private property. The fastest place to access the river is Rife park, less than a 5 minute walk from the house.
