The River Deveron runs through the Estate and there are some wonderful walks that can be enjoyed along the river or through the extensive woodland. The Cottage is also now only powered by renewable electricity. Fishing can be booked separately on River Deveron. The space The cottage has a homely and comfortable atmosphere and is the perfect place to take a break from a busy life or if you have a more adventurous holiday in mind, then Ivy will be a welcome place to return to. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparation of meals and includes an electric cooker, fridge and microwave - all you need to provide is the ingredients! There is a dining table which can seat four people and there is also a washing machine. There is also a chest freezer located in the garage. The sitting room has comfy seating, an open fire which is stocked with logs and kindling should you wish to settle down in front of a crackling fire in the evening. There is a television and Freeview channels. There are two sets of single beds in both bedrooms but if required one set can be converted into a double bed but this must be requested when booking. The sun porch is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet time to read or perhaps see red squirrels scampering across the garden.
