It features 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms and extra wc, fully equipped kitchen, sitting and dining areas with unbeatable seaviews. Outdoors it features a large swimming pool (4m x 9m) with jacuzzi jets, dinning area with built-in bbq, sunbeds, private parking space. Fully a/c, WiFi. Floor to ceiling glass allows natural light in the villa and enchanting views of the beach and Ionian Sea. Villa Ouranos sits at the top of a complex of three villas, ensuring full privacy. On the mid floor, the pool level, the villa features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room with two sofa beds, energy fireplace, extra wc, and a 55' smart TV. The lower floor hosts two of the bedrooms, one of them having a queen size bed whereas the other one a king size bed which may split to form two single beds. The top floor hosts a queen size bed. All bedrooms feature smart TVs (32' to 43') and ensuite shower rooms. All indoor areas are airconditioned with a central a/c unit. Mosquito nets in all windows/doors. The outdoor area of the villa features a 40sq.m. infinity pool, sunbeds, shading, shower, a comfortable, inviting shaded dining area and built in BBQ facilities. There is a large private parking space for two cars. The villa normally accommodates 6 but it could host up to 8 if at least two children are included (may sleep at sofas in the sitting room). Beach access and restaurants are only a short walk (200m) through a private road under tall, cypress trees and lush vegetation, passing by the little chapel of Agios Ioannis Antzousis, the oldest Christian monument on the island, built in a cave that was used as a worship point by Apostle Paul and Apostle Akylas back in 65AD. Walk another 100m and you will find a taverna and a cafe, whereas there are more choices if you walk another 300m along the seaside. Guest access The whole villa is for your own private use.
