The space Located in a gated community our home is family safe and close to the water. Two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and a family loft with a queen size bed and bathroom upstairs. The house is fully equipped and ready for you and yours to relax and enjoy yourselves! DIRECTV and WiFi available!! In response to COVID-19 we have taken extra cleaning measures to help protect our guest during your stay. All linens including duvet covers and blankets will be washed and replaced after each stay. We are using antibacterial cleaning supplies in bathrooms kitchens and all high touches surfaces. We have an antibacterial spray and UV light for upholstery and Clorox wipes as well as hand sanitizer available for guests. Guest access Guest have access to day use area and docks anytime after 11am on the day of check-in. House will be ready for use after 4pm. Bring a picnic blanket and full basket and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings. Other things to note Boat launch and trailer parking available. Please let us know if you will be using the boat slip on dock. We will provide you with further information. A Pack-n-Play is available
