Southampton Shores residents and our guests have access to a private bay beach as well as three tennis courts for your use. Heated pool is private to the house. The space Guests can use everything! Laundry, all appliances, complete kitchen with all the tools you need, garage space for bicycles, kayaks or SUPs. The house is yours! Guest access Guests are welcome to the whole house, of course! Other things to note Guests of a week or more are provided with a full propane tank for heating the pool. Refills will be taken from clients’ security deposit.
