This villa has everything you need for a self catering holiday consisting of air conditioned bedrooms, the master bedroom having King-size bed anв en-suite bathroom with bath tub and a rain shower. The second bedroom with Queen-size bed shares the guest bathroom with rain shower. The comfortable air conditioned open plan living area has slide back floor to ceiling patio doors along the front of the room accessing the pool area, allowing soft breezes to filtrate through complimented by ceiling fans. Outside around your own private pool (size 8.5 * 4 m.) there are sun loungers, and a sala for alfresco dining. There is also a dining table seating 4 persons next to a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and hob with a utility room beyond with a washing machine. BBQ area and fully furnished kitchen will make guest's stay very homey and easy. Other things to note Cleaning once a week! Unlimited internet and gym access are for free. For every booking longer than 3-nights electricity and water are not included in the rental price. Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. It must be paid during check-out. Weekly cleaning is optional for monthly rental.
