Renovated ocean block condo with vintage charm & modern amenities. Second floor walk-up. Wonderful covered balcony for enjoying the sea breeze. Only 75 yards away from the beach. The Mid-Town OC location offers the best of everything...close to the boardwalk but far from the noise, great restaurants & bars within walking distance. Enjoy live music & a drink on the beach at Coconuts, only 9 blocks to Jolly Roger or Secrets. Walk to the OC Convention Center just across Coastal Hwy on the bayside. The space The condo is renovated and very close to the beach. It is on the ocean block so no streets to cross to get to the beach. It is a second floor walk up so you must be able to climb stairs. There's no elevator. The condo has a kitchenette, which means it has a good size kitchen sink, refrigerator, small cooktop, dishwasher drawer and small microwave oven. I doesn't have an oven. The bedroom had a king bed. I provide pillows and comforters. Air conditioning and heat are provided via a wall mounted mini-split system. **Please note that I don't provide bed sheets, bath towels and mat, wash cloths, hand towels, beach towels, kitchen towels, kitchen trash bags, dish soap and sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper** This is the standard for rentals in Ocean City, MD. Guests must bring these items. There's several beach and linen rental companies in OC that can provide linens: PMI Rentals and Ocean City Beach and Linen Rental. Secure internet is provided. Please view the pictures as they are an accurate representation of the condo. **Guests must be 23 years old to rent this condo. I do not rent to parents looking to rent for their children under 23 years old ie: Senior week rentals, etc. The guest who makes the reservation must occupy the premises for the entire duration of the rental. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction without a refund and loss of security deposit. Guest access The guests have private use of the entire condo. There is a small private covered balcony with an outside sectional sofa and coffee table. Other things to note **Guests must provide king bed sheets, bath towels and mat, wash cloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, kitchen trash bags, dish soap and sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. This is standard for Ocean City MD rentals. **Guests must be able to climb stairs. The condo is located on the second floor of a two story walk-up building. There's no elevator. **Guests must be 23 years old or older to rent this condo. I do not rent to parents renting for their children under 23 years of age.
