Located in the heart of the Outer Banks beside Second Street beach access in Kill Devil Hills, The Dancing Dolphin features two bedrooms, two full baths, living area and a full kitchen. Located beside Second Street beach access in Kill Devil Hills, The Dancing Dolphin features two bedrooms, two full baths, living area and a full kitchen. The front porch looks out towards the ocean one unit back from the dunes. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the porch with ocean views, a queen bed, dresser, closet and private bath with shower. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with a full trundle bed underneath, dresser and closet with games. The hall bath is a full bath with shower and bath. The living area has two large windows looking out to the porch. The coffee table bins are full of books, children’s books and coloring books and the end table bins have cards, poker chips and games. On the wall a 49” Roku TV serves up Disney+, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Video with Cable TV, a Blu-ray DVD player and a selection of movies on Plex and DVD. The dining table has seating for four and two stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven and toaster. We have a coffee maker and provide fresh local ground coffee from Front Porch Cafe. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, mugs and a wide assortment of things to cook and serve with. There’s also a crock pot and blender. We provide linens for the beds and you’ll arrive with the master and bunk beds already made. We have towels and beach towels waiting for you. We have high speed cable internet with wifi and 24 hour support. We have USB chargers in an outlet in the kitchen and the alarm clocks in the bedrooms. A new HVAC unit in 2019 keeps the place cool. In the ground floor beach closet, you’ll find beach chairs, sand toys, boogie & skim boards, umbrella and cooler. We have charcoal and lighter fluid for the community grill area. The beach is a quick walk under the building to the Second Street beach access. Showers and foot rinsers are along the way. Avalon Pier is visible north up the beach. If you’ve never been to the Outer Banks before, it is a wonderful beach. We always meet great people. Goombays Bar & Grill and Beachside Bistro are both a quick walk from the condo. Two grocery stores, Professor Hackers miniature golf and more restaurants are right across the bypass, less than a half mile. You’re very close to the Wright Brother Memorial. There is a lot to do up and down the beach all times of year. In our guide you’ll receive before arriving and is printed out in the unit, we cover everything you need to know about the condo. You'll have full use of the condo and front porch. Admiral's View II has many rentals so the community welcomes visitors. Beach access, beach showers and a small grill & picnic area in the front. There's a beach locker on the ground level with beach equipment. Laundry room with coin-operated machines. We live less than a mile away on the sound side, so please reach out with anything we can do for you. You're oceanfront with a great beach access at Second Street. Beachside Bistro is an oceanfront restaurant two buildings north. Goombay's Bar & Grille is a one block walk. Sandbars Bar & Grille with pool tables & darts, Jolly Roger, and Mako Mike's are all within a half mile and much more within a mile (Awful Arthur's, Chips Beer & Wine, Front Porch Cafe - we list all the best places in our guidebook). A little over a quarter mile is a new Publix grocery store, Food Lion, Little Caesers, Subway and more next to Professor Hacker's miniature golf course. No public transportation options on the Outer Banks, but there is both Uber and Lyft in addition to traditional taxi services. We do not have a pool at our building.
