Cozy Downtown Retreat - Walkable to Everything

A cozy, updated craftsman home in the heart of downtown Greenwood that we affectionately call "The Pearl". Walkable to restaurants, shops, parks, and a convenience store. Only a 20-min drive to downtown Indy, Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis Zoo, Fountain Square, and the convention center. It's a great hub for your greater Indianapolis adventure! It's a great space for families, small groups, and co-workers with an open layout that allows everyone to gather together or spread out. The space The home is tastefully furnished with all the comforts of home including extra pillows and blankets. There is a master suite with full bathroom which includes a walk in shower is located on the main floor along with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a full bath and loft area. Laundry area is located in basement. We have a total of four beds and a queen-sized hideaway sofa. We also have three twin-size cots with foam mattresses available for additional guests. Plenty of adults have used the cots and loved them! Please look through the bedroom arrangements to make sure it fits your needs. While our place is child-friendly, we are not child-proofed. We provide a baby gate, pack n play, and kid dishes for your stay. We do have some toys and games stocked in the loft. There's an incredible play space located in downtown Greenwood at the community center called Kid City. It's a great place to let the kids explore, and it's close to Craig Park and Mrs. Curl's ice cream shop. We have a No Smoking/Vaping and No Parties policy. We are pet friendly for approved pets that are well-behaved and house broken. We charge a one time fee of $150 for the first pet and $75 for each additional approved pet. We charge a $200 fee for specialized cleaning if any of these policies are disregarded. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property (except for the garage). You will access the property via a smart lock keypad on the back door (off the driveway). Upon booking, we will provide you with a unique access code that works on the back door. Feel free to park in the driveway, it is all yours.
