Nice house in nature in Provence

Favorite house: a former stable that has been restored, 80 m², fully renovated, under the oaks, quiet, in nature. Located at the end of a residential area and on the edge of the forest, the accommodation is not overlooked. All amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, etc.) are a 2-minute drive away. Ground floor with fully equipped living room, suite with its bathroom, toilet. Attic floor with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. Body of water, Provençal markets, thermal baths & new thermal spa, Evobypark, Gorges du Verdon... The space This little house is a favorite, it is an old stable that has been completely renovated, I tried to think about the well-being of my future guests throughout the renovation. What I prefer: the terrace under the oaks and the neighborhood where you feel in the middle of nature while being 2 minutes from many activities and all amenities. As for the region, it's the best: 300 days of sunshine a year, many lakes and rivers, many hikes, wonderful landscapes... Guest access The property: 80 m2 detached house surrounded by 1300 m2 of unfenced land. Neighborhood located at height (sloping, terraced) with beautiful views. 20m2 terrace under the Oaks, sheltered from the eyes of which part is sheltered. In front, there is a gravel path that allows you to park in front of the door with your groceries. At the entrance, a porch (covered but not enclosed space) can allow you to store a stroller, bicycles or motorcycles... The rest of the garden is "natural", with no lawn or green; you are by the forest...
