The spacious living room features a comfy sofa-bed, where you can relax after a busy day of exploring the city, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sun lighting that brightens up the space and it leads onto an outside area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a table and four chairs, essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a coffee machine and ironing equipment. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator and guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay. Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
