Chalet hidden in a green setting with views

Cut yourself off from the world with this bright 140 m² all-wood cottage built in 2004 nestled in a green setting. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Agout Valley and the distant Pyrenees mountain range from inside the chalet as well as outside. Enjoy 4 different terraces depending on the season or admire the view from the warmth. Stroll through the charming village of Puybegon a few meters away or take on the challenge of one of the most beautiful hikes in the Tarn, the Dame Fines Trail. The space Great for a stay with family or friends or for a long period of quiet remote work. You can easily accommodate 4-5, up to 6 people. After your arrival in our covered parking lot, you will enter through the NORTHEAST terrace into the large bright 34 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, wood stove (the use of which is regulated). The living room overlooks the 20 m² dining area/kitchen with ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, dining table with 6 chairs and 2 stools. All around this double room are the bedrooms: - 1 master suite of 17 m² with private bathroom of 8 m² (shower and toilet) - 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each and their bathroom of 4 m² (shower and toilet) From the living room, you have access to the 17 m² office-workshop. From the kitchen you have access to the 4 m² laundry room. The living room and dining room are open to the SOUTHEAST terrace (picnic table) and unlimited views of the valley. The 2 bedrooms overlook the SOUTHWEST terrace and the flat garden. The master suite and laundry room overlook the NORTHWEST terrace. The 3 bedrooms as well as the living/dining room are air-conditioned in summer. The chalet has a huge plot of 10,000 m² to stroll, rest, admire the different views. 2 small trails are maintained year-round around the chalet on the property. Pets are welcome but must be declared when booking. 100% non-smoking rental, which is logical in a wooden chalet! The house is not suitable for PRM. (steps). Please note that the default rate does not include linens or cleaning upon departure. These hotel options must be booked before arrival. Please note that electricity and wood consumption must comply with our eco-responsible house rules or be subject to a fee. Please read our house rules before booking. Guest access You have access to the entire place. A storage room at the rear of the house is reserved for the owner and caretaker. Other things to note Comfortable linens and towels OPTIONAL: €25 1 bed / €30 2 beds / €35 3 beds. To be booked in advance and paid in advance directly on the site as soon as the booking is validated. We ask our visitors to return the premises in the same condition in which they found them, tidy and clean. However, you can book an OPTIONAL "exit cleaning" if you would like to devote 100% of your stay: provision of 80 euros refundable depending on the work to be done. Baby equipment (baby bed and child seat) INCLUDED. We only provide a mattress pad with the travel crib in accordance with current safety standards. The use of a mattress in the travel cot is at your own risk. 100% non-smoking rental, which is logical in a wooden chalet! The house is not suitable for PRM (steps). The house is air-conditioned (3 bedrooms and living room + dining room). The wood stove must be used with caution under your sole responsibility and can only be used from October to April unless specifically requested. It must not cause the temperature to exceed 21 degrees inside the house. It must not be used when it is 18 degrees or more outside (see our internal regulations).
