The studio is a part of the house but has its own entrance and is not connected to the rest of the house. All of the furniture is brand new. A brand new king bed, a memory foam mattress, and blackout curtains make this an ideal spot to catch up on sleep and to relax. It comes with a seating area that can be used as a dining table and it also serves as a working space. The second bed is a rollaway bed with the following dimensions: 35" by 73". It is perfect for smaller sleepers that also provides enough support for adults. The kitchenette has running water and is equipped with all kitchen essentials. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, induction stove, toaster, electric kettle are included. Locals, please contact me before booking. Guest access You will have access to the entire studio.
