Reasonably priced parking can be secured from any of the casinos (Hard Rock, Harrah's, Harvey's, Mont Bleu - a 10 minute drive away). There is a STRICT noise ordinance that prohibits outside noise after 9:00p.m. If you are planning to host a loud and rambunctious party, please, please, please select another property. This amazing home is located on a cul-de-sac and is the only home on the cul-de-sac circle surrounded by U.S. National Forest. Secluded, yet extremely close to skiing, shopping, and casinos. There is a splendid pub "Fox & Hound Smokehouse" a few minute's walk from the house where we love to unwind and enjoy Apres Ski and play video poker. A small market is also close with ski rentals next door. A full grocery story is just down the hill a 10 minute drive. Please note, this is a serene setting and there is a STRICT noise ordinance from 9:00p.m. - 8:00a.m. If you rent a car, or drive to our home, we provide parking for up to 3 mid-sized, carefully parked cars on site (1 in garage and 2 end to end in driveway). There is no street parking allowed. There is also a shuttle South Tahoe Airporter that can get you from Reno Airport (RNO) to Stateline/South Lake Tahoe and you can use Heavenly shuttle, Uber/Lift and/or Taxi to get around. You can also catch "Go Blue" local public transportation to get to ski lifts as well as up/down the hill for bigger selection of shopping and dining.
