The back garden with lawn is for your own private use. Washing machine, clothes airer and outdoor line drying are all available for your use. Free on street parking to the front and your own secure parking at the back of the house. Please note there is no television but there is good wifi. Secure lockable shed in the backyard suitable for motorbikes/bikes. Outdoor tap and hose for washing dogs or bikes! We offer a 12.00 noon checkout for a more relaxed departure. The Jungle NI and Splash NI are both around 10 minutes away, and the Davagh Mountain Bike Trails are 25 minutes by car. The house is 2.5 miles from the start of the Cookstown 100 Races. We are happy to welcome well behaved pets. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing your furry family members ( cute photos are a bonus! ) We ask that you don’t leave your pets alone in the house.
