Villa Giulia al Vesuvio

The fully AC, 80m3 Villa is located between Napoli and Sorrento, in the shadow of Vesuvius. Close to Pompei, Herculaneum and Oplonti archeological sites, the accomodation (suitable for 5 people) offer all the privacy and security you need for your holidays. From the Villa you will experience the view of the family vineyard, the spectacular view of the mount Vesuvius and the gulf of Naples. Free guarded parking up to two vehicles. Relax area with barbecue and a nice terrace. The space The accomodation have two bedrooms all suited with AC and queen size beds, work spaces with desks (keyboard, mouse, desk lamp and hdmi cable) closets and flat screen TVs (32/43 inches plus chromecast). The last bed is located in the living room (sofa bed). The whole house has Air Conditioning available (max temperature during winter 21 degrees celsius and 22 minimum degree during summer) The kitchen offers everything you need for your holidays cooking. Microwave to mixer\juicer, expresso machine, toaster, stovetop, plates and cutlery and all the pots and pans you need. It also have a 50 inches tv (with amazon fire stick tv), a wooden stove and a washing machine. The bathroom is fitted with all the necessities, including WC, bidet, shower, hair dryer, towels and soap. In the garden you will find a cozy areas for relax\barbecue and dinner under the shadow of the trees and the gazebo all well lighted during night. The free parkin area is located right in the property (behind an automatic gate), it is guarded by security cameras and well lit. At 500 meters (litterally 5 minute walk) you can find the local pizzeria, an ATM, the police station, a bar (selling cigarettes and such), a pet shop and all the little shops the town can offer. The local (weekly) market area is 200 meters away and is open every thursday. Guest access The courtyard (and the parking spot) will be shared with the host that live nearby and can help instantly with every issues or need. Due the narrow last bit of the road, for particullary big cars (mostly van and campers, SUV are fine), there is a fair possibility that they cannot make it trough the main gate. In this case there is a free parking olace on the road at 20 meters from the house. The vineyard is actually undergoing maintenance and can be accessed only with the supervision of the host. Other things to note In the garden lives a very large cat colony, they are friendly but if you have a dog (of anyr size) it should NOT be left off the leash there. Also there are many spot in the property fences where a dog could find a way to escape, so even if it's a trained dog: they should not be setted free outside the house.
