La Península is a seaside villa with breathtaking views. Private paradise on the coast, spanning 3,000 m2, it boasts direct access to its own private cove. Designed to allow the landscape to flow seamlessly into the home through expansive windows, it is nestled on the Pechón Peninsula, one of the coast's most beautiful secrets. At its base, the waters of the Nansa River meet those of the Cantabrian Sea, creating a stunning turquoise spectacle that contrasts with the lush surrounding forests. The space The Peninsula can accommodate from 8 guests, Wishome capacity, expandable to a maximum of 21. What do we mean by Wishome capacity? We're referring to the optimal number of guests for the home to feel welcoming, regardless of the villa's maximum occupancy. It has seven bedrooms and six full bathrooms. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room, and a terrace. On the lower floor, there is a double bedroom with its own bathroom and a bedroom with two three-story chairs and an en-suite bathroom, as well as the kitchen with a breakfast area, the dining room, a sitting area, and a terrace. There is also a bedroom in the lookout tower with a sofa bed and a loft near the pool with a three-story chair, a sofa bed, and a bathroom. The pool area includes a large dining area, a barbecue, and a children's play area. In the cliffside garden, there's a spectacular heated pool overlooking the Cantabrian Sea, a vegetable garden where you can pick locally grown tomatoes or lettuce, and a bench facing the sea where relaxing becomes a ritual. With the sea as a constant backdrop, the Peninsula is the perfect retreat for both a family gathering and a trip with friends. Our villa features a private garden, a heated pool, two outdoor dining areas, a spacious terrace, a living room with a fireplace, an organic vegetable garden, and private access to the cove. Other things to note Location The Peninsula is perfect if you're looking to completely disconnect, to hear the waves crashing as you fall asleep, to sit on a bench gazing at the sea, to take a dip in the cove at dawn, or to swim in the pool overlooking the ocean. The Peninsula is about experiencing the sea and nature in their purest form. The Peninsula is located in one of the most pristine and authentic areas of western Cantabria. One of the great attractions of this area is its almost secret beaches, such as El Pedrerú or Amió.
