The Peninsula is a seaside villa with movie-like views. Private paradise by the sea with 3,000 m2. It has direct access to its own cove. Designed so that the landscape seeps into it through large windows. Nestled on the Pechón Peninsula, one of the most beautiful and best-kept secrets of the coast. At its feet, the waters of the Nansa River meet those of the Cantabrian Sea, forming a picture of turquoise waters that contrasts with the lush forests that surround it. The space The Peninsula can accommodate 8 guests, Wishome capacity, expandable to a maximum of 21. What do we mean by Wishome capacity? We refer to the optimal number of guests for the home to feel cozy, regardless of the villa's maximum capacity. It has seven bedrooms and six full bathrooms. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, a large living room and terrace. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom with its bathroom and a bedroom with two trileras with en-suite bathroom, as well as the kitchen with its office, the dining room, a living area and a terrace. It also has a bedroom in the watchtower where there is a sofa bed and a loft next to the pool that houses a trundle bed, a sofa bed and a bathroom. In the pool there is a large dining room, barbecue and children's area. In the garden on the cliff there is a spectacular heated pool that opens to the Cantabrian Sea, a garden in which to collect tomatoes or lettuce from the land as well as a bench facing the sea where sitting to disconnect becomes a ritual. With the sea as a constant backdrop, the Peninsula is the perfect retreat for both a family gathering and a trip with friends. Our villa has a private garden, heated pool, two outdoor dining rooms, a large terrace, living room with fireplace, organic garden and private access to the cove. Other things to note Location The Peninsula is perfect if you are looking for absolute disconnection, to hear the waves breaking while you sleep, to sit on a bench to contemplate the sea, to take a bath in the cove at dawn or to bathe in the oceanfront pool. The Peninsula is feeling the sea and nature in its purest form. The Peninsula is located in one of the most pristine and authentic areas of western Cantabria. One of the great attractions of this place are its almost secret beaches, such as El Pedrerú or Amió. Nearby you can find the following places of interest, Comillas (25 minutes by car), San Vicente de la Barquera (10 minutes), Llanes (20 minutes) and Santillana del Mar (30 minutes); you can also do activities and excursions such as visiting the Altamira caves (30 minutes) or the Soplao cave (25 minutes), the Cabárceno Nature Park (40 minutes), the Covadonga monastery (1 hour) and the Picos de Europa (1 hour 30 minutes).
