A perfect location; secluded but in the heart of the valley. We have a home on the same property. The properties are completely separate from one another and have separate fire pits. For your safety, during the winter months, when there is snow and/or ice on the ground, it is required to have a 4-wheel or all-wheel-drive vehicle for accessing the property. You will have a unique access code to enter the property once the guest agreement is signed. Other things to note • Please treat our home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. • There is a beautiful brook that borders our property. Please keep a close eye on children. • 5 guests max. No unregistered guests allowed. 5th guest is $62 extra/night. Town rules. Do not exceed 5. • No parties or events. • Must be 28 to book. House Rules: ***Note: No Smoking inside and outside of the property. $250 Penalty Fee for Smoking at the property, plus any cleaning/treatment needed to get rid of the smell. ***Note: No Pets allowed inside of the property. $500 Penalty Fee plus all costs to clean/restore the accommodations if unauthorized pet is found in the property. ***Note: This property is monitored via outside cameras. ***Note: You're required to review and sign the Rental Property Agreement, upload license and provide a $500 hold on a credit card via a secure portal called Owner Reservation System. Failure to comply can result to the cancellation of reservation.
