Thoughtfully designed and immaculately presented, Cornish Beach Retreat is all on one level, offering easy access and comfort for up to 4 guests. The Perfect Holiday Pad Living / Kitchen / Diner The open-plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen with contemporary units, electric hob and oven, larder fridge/freezer, toaster, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area has a circular table with seating for four. The bright, airy living area has been tastefully refurbished with a velvet Chesterfield three-seater sofa, matching armchair, and a SMART flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the coast. Bedrooms The retreat has two beautifully styled bedrooms. The master bedroom is luxuriously appointed with a teal velvet double bed and modern painted-wood wardrobe. The second bedroom is fitted with sturdy bunk beds and a chest of drawers, ideal for children or friends. Bathroom The family bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, hand basin, and WC, finished with modern touches for your comfort. Private Deck Step outside to your private decked area, furnished with rattan seating for four—perfect for unwinding on a warm Cornish evening with a chilled glass of wine, enjoying the peace and quiet of the village. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and private decked area as well as all common parts including a free parking area. Other things to note PETS We welcome well behaved dogs (up to two small or one medium sized dog) with our prior consent. Dogs are specifically not allowed to sit on furniture, including sofas, armchairs or beds / bedding. Dogs should not be left alone in the property at any time. There is an additional charge of £30 per dog.
