The Camere di Costanza B&B is located in Lacona, in a sunny and peaceful position from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view over two gulfs. The central position on the island is strategic for getting around in all directions and allows you to reach some of the most interesting towns on Elba in about twenty minutes, such as Marina di Campo, Capoliveri and Portoferraio and their beaches. The space The villa was completely renovated in 2022, it is one of the oldest farmhouses in Lacona and is surrounded by the greenery of a large and beautiful olive grove. The buffet breakfast will be served in the common area. The common area overlooks the veranda, where guests find a table, chairs and some deck chairs to enjoy relaxation and the quiet of the countryside with their gaze lost in the wonderful sea view of the two gulfs. “The first time I saw this panorama, I imagined myself on one of the deckchairs with a cold beer in hand and a special person next to me, while I was enjoying the warm light of the setting sun behind Capo Fonza, after a day full of beautiful emotions. ” Bedroom 3 is a triple room of 35 square meters equipped with a double bed and a single bed on the ground floor, reachable both from the living room and from outside the building via an independent access. The room is equipped with air conditioning and a 43” television and has a private bathroom with shower cubicle. The modern and neutral tones of the room make it the ideal environment to relax after a sunny day at the beach or on excursions to discover the island. Our offer includes a buffet breakfast served every morning in the structure from 8.00 to 10.00, you will be pampered from the morning enjoying an excellent breakfast outdoors or on the porch depending on the season and what you you will prefer. In your room there is a mini fridge with water in glass bottles to combat plastic consumption, both at room temperature and chilled at your disposal. You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules and a teapot with a selection of teas and herbal teas that you can use at your convenience at any time. You will find a safe in the room.
