This beautiful and cozy 130m2 country house is located in the small village of San Román de Villa, in the Asturian council of Piloña. It is a fully equipped semi-detached rural house, ideal for up to 6 people who wish to do country, sports or gastronomic tourism. A place full of tranquility and surrounded by nature, where you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space As you can see in the photos, the house is divided into three floors and consists of the following spaces: - On the ground floor, a living-dining area with sofa, television and the equipped open kitchen. - On the first floor, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, connected to each other by a terrace. There is also a full bathroom. - On the second floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a small armchair and another full bathroom with a bathtub, both with an attic ceiling. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. *Extra supplement of €5 per night, per crib or pet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Towels, linens, and hand soap included. The home has heating through electric radiators in all the rooms. Also, you will have access to a parking space next to the granary (nearby wooden storage house).
