Aliganou Village is a complex of 3 villas (Villa Nektar, Villa Marie and Villa Lia). Each villa is independent of the other and each has its own pool and can accommodate up to 26 people. What sets us apart from other villas is our location. We are located just outside Chania, on a mountain slope and we have a fantastic view of the bay of Souda, the city of Chania, the Cretan Sea and a wonderful sunset towards Kissamos. The space Aliganou Village is a beautiful complex consisting of three independent villas: Villa Nektar, Villa Marie and Villa Lia. Each villa offers complete privacy and has its own private pool. Our villa is available for hosting exclusive events, such as weddings, baptisms or private celebrations, upon request. Other things to note We understand that a clean and comfortable environment is essential for an excellent stay. To ensure your full satisfaction, we meticulously clean the house and provide fresh towels for the bathroom and pool prior to your arrival. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we offer a cleaning service for a fee of 300 euros. Please leave to us the care of the cleaning so you can relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest. The village of Aliganou can accommodate up to 26 people. For groups of more than 20 people, there is an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Please note the following important information regarding reservations that include an event: For bookings that include an event, the minimum length of stay is 5 nights. The event fee is €600, and it includes one cleaning service after the event. The property can accommodate up to 26 people for a stay. For the event, the total number of attendees can be up to 60 people. However, please note that only 26 people can stay at the property. Additional guests can only attend the ceremony and the party, but they cannot stay overnight at the property. The pools are maintained once every 4–5 days, while the gardens are maintained once every 7 days. A €1,500 damage deposit will be required, which will be fully refunded if no damage is caused.
