Peaceful community, house on 10 lots. The property has plenty of trees and lawn to enjoy and has a park like atmosphere. On the property is a 1 car garage, perfect for a vehicle or ATV’s etc. We have provided a fire pit, as well as a BBQ grille with smoker. The house has a heated mud room for pets. No smoking indoors but feel free to smoke outside. The kitchen has variety in cookware and appliances for any cook. Many staples have been provided, so look around! Have fun! One mile from Hwy 94, 3 bar/grilles within 3-5 mile radius. Local gas and grocery store. Quiet, small town USA for anyone who wants to enjoy a fun time away from everyday doldrums. Within minutes you have access to some of the best lakes and hunting grounds available in Kidder county. Whole house and 1 car garage as well as 10 lots of yard space are all accessible to our guests. Addditional property available for other needs ie: camper, boat storage etc., added fees on a case by case basis. Absolutely always available by phone and text, and look forward to meeting and greeting all guests! We enjoy people and want to both respect guests privacy and time to themselves, as well as socialize when appropriate. We live very close to the guest house on our separate property. We love this small town. It can be quiet, or it can have it’s rowdy days, it just depends! We have a small grocery store/gas station and a Bar/grille here in town. We are a close knit community where everyone knows everyone and can depend on anyone if they are in need of anything. This town means a lot to us. If you’re looking for rush hour, you won’t find it here, so drive what you want, bring an ATV, snowmobile, motorcycle etc. for fun, whatever you choose to have will get you where you want to go. In the event that you would need additional parking other than the gravel driveway, we do have additional parking space across the road from this guest house that can accommodate that need. If you have someone that would like to meet you on your vacation but wants to stay in their own camper (generator only, no water or power hookups), we can provide a space for that as well off property. Fees can be discussed on a case by case basis. Absolutely no parking or driving on the grass.
