Distribution: The house has 100m2 that are distributed on the same floor, the hall with access to the living room with two sofas and a large window with access to the covered terrace, next to the living room we have the fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and the barbecue, going down 4 steps down we have the kidney-shaped pool (4x6m) and the hammocks. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one room with 2 single beds (90x190 cm), another room with a double bed (150x190 cm), and another room with a double bed (150x190 cm) with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a large dressing room. There is another full bathroom with a bathtub and a utility room with a washing machine. Highly recommended for a nice vacation near the sea! Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2.
