It’s a 2-minute walk from a private beach, minutes from local eateries, and extremely close to endless entertainment—like the USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Texas State Museum, Splash Pad, downtown Corpus Christi, and scenic Cole Park with live music, playgrounds, and fishing spots. The space Villa Del sol has been the premier beach front condominium in Corpus Christi for over 35 years. Each condo has a large balcony to sit and watch sunrises/sunsets, and there are 2 beautiful pools (1 heated fall through winter). Kitchen set with options for cooking Make your getaway even more memorable—ask me about our local dining experiences, family fun activities, and celebration packages available for purchase Guest access When you arrive at Villa Del Sol there will be a entrance gate to your left and a front desk area to your right. Every guest member will need to check in at the front desk first. The association charges a one time flat $20 fee to stay at the property (not $20 per person). They will also issue you parking permits and gate access cards. Guests are allowed 2 vehicles and $10 per vehicle after that. The front desk will be able to direct you to the correct building of the condo for your stay and answer any addition questions you have, or of course you can feel free to ask me. We offer early check in as early as 2pm and late check out as late as 1pm for an additional $20 each Other things to note Just a reminder, I love animals very much :), but due to guest's allergies and other reasons, there are NO PETS OR SMOKING allowed during your stay in the condo or balcony. (Fines will be charged starting at $100 per day or occurance) The association only allows smoking in the parking lot or the common outside seating areas.
